We stayed on the 24th floor for 3 nts in August. We had a great stay. Perfect. There is nothing to complain about maybe the à la carte restaurant was a lil pricey. But apart from that fantastic staff from the min you walk in the door. The organisation was fantastic the tours they offer. A lil pricey but fantastic 2 days we had with Nui as our guide. He was great.

We booked a room based on the pictures provided when making the reservation. However, when we arrived, we were not given the room we had booked. We were shown four different rooms, all of which looked the same, and none matched the room we had originally selected.
We were then informed that the room we had booked was actually already occupied/booked out and that we would not be able to stay in the room we had paid for. This was extremely disappointing, as the room we received was not what was advertised or what we had booked based on the pictures provided.
