Staff was nice. Facility was older, which isn’t a big deal, but felt neglected. Had a lot of air freshener smells covering up funky smells. Our first room had ac leak, floor was wet underneath. They moved us to another room. Saw two little cockroaches in bathroom. Didn’t feel very clean.

The bed sheet and quilt is really dirty, and the room looks old with steel rust everywhere. The bathroom is good though. Though considering the cheap price, I can’t complain much.

The tv did not work, we could have changed rooms but we had already unpacked. Area around back doors was littered with cigarette butts. One light did not work. No breakfast as advertised.

I've stayed at Motel 6 that were cleaner than this. The room was stained on ceiling and walls. Light fixtures were filthy and stained, and dirt on the floor was swept to the corners of the room/edge of the bed. Definitely NOT a 3-star hotel.

I had issues trying to connect my dvd player to the tv. When it wouldn’t work, I went down to the desk for help. He said he knew nothing but the wanted my name in a flirtatious way. There was a Hispanic man at the desk. He asked me if I want him to come up and fix it. He kept asking my room number and repeating my name . I felt so uncomfortable that I left before my night was up.
