Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

Weekend iim Knoxville

We had a great stay in the Garden condo. There is alot of attention to detail for guests. This was our second stay. The location is convenient to all the restaurants in Market Square, Gay Street and Old City. We will stay definitely stay here again.

Great location and great place

This apt is just as pictured. It’s clean, safe and comfortable with a great view of market square. The location is great - with easy access to the trolley. Restaurants, shops and live entertainment right outside.

College Move-In

property was great location and parking was easy to get in and out of. Overall a great place. Can get a little noisy on the weekends due to the surrounding area, but not a deterrent to renting again.

The Perfect Condo

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect in every way for our group of 5 adults. It was spacious, very clean and in a perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants. We were about a mile away from Thompson Boling Arena where we saw Blake Shelton!! We will definitely stay here again when in Knoxville.

Perfect Stay in Every Way!

This apartment was perfect for two couples. The location couldn’t have been better. Right on Market Square, making it handy to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean, had a well supplied kitchen and even had a nicely filled candy dish on the island! All the comfort of home! 😊👍

Fantastic location

What a great location! We were right there for the tree lighting, fantasy Christmas tree exhibit at the convention center and even squeezed in a movie all within easy walking distance! The neighborhood was what you would expect of staying In a downtown location...a little noisy and a bit scruffy but still with southern charm. The apartment itself surprised us with nice little amenities like coffee, soda, and candy. This helped us to overlook that the cleaning was a little rough. Overall, We enjoyed ourselves and this property.

The Wonder of Market Square

As former Knoxvillians, I remember this property years ago before it was improved. Congratulations to all those who contributed to the development that is Market Square--a unique and diverse place to be! The Garden was well maintained and perfectly supplied for our arrival and stay of a week. Ample linens and kitchen supplies, and full amenities. We will definitely think about this location for our next long stay. There is nothing like the diversity of being a part of the Market Square scene. Our hosts made this the best experience for us (grandparents) and several of our grandson's friends during his graduation from Fulton HS. Stay here for a memorable vacation!

Great communication, owner responsed quickly to questions and adjusted dates for us. Wouldve been 5 star across board but the area had some activity in evening and night hrs, people were skateboarding so we were not comfortable walking around at times. Quite a few homeless sleeping around the square and people trying to peddle items or panhandle for cash. Room was very clean and inviting I would stay again thank you

Knoxville trip

Loved the location. We came to see a concert at the Tennessee theater which was 1-1/2 blocks away. Lots of fun places to explore in the area. It was a little noisy at night ( house provided earplugs) it was mostly outside noise,construction,garbage trucks, and late night partiers in the street. Overall the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable.

Checking out UT

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay! We were right in the middle of everything and could easily walk to the university. The apartment was so well kept and had everything we needed. It made traveling with teenagers easier than a hotel so that we could each have our space yet know they were with us and safe. If my daughter chooses UT, she’s already requested that we return to this apartment! (I have to thank you for including the earplugs. It does get noisy at night and they really helped.)
