Downtown Retreat 5 mins to UT and Market Square

This private, downstairs apartment is perfect for short or longer stays. With a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms both with king beds, one bathroom, and a washer & dryer in the unit you'll have everything you need for your stay!

The only shared spaces with the upstairs apartment is the parking/driveway. Everything else is separate and private! **Beginning June 1, only one occupant upstairs no rental guests.

All rooms have a smart TV and room darkening curtains. Both bedrooms have a king bed with plenty of pillows and blankets available, inlcuding heating blankets.

The patio area hasa partial fence for privacy as well as a hammock, large umbrela, outdoor seating, and grill for maximum relaxation.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and cooking equipment including:
-Keurig Duo: grounds & pods
-Airfryer
-InstantPot
-Blender
-Mixing bowls, measuring cups
-Assortment of baking dishes
-Assortment of cooking utensils
-Dishwasher
-Refrigerator/freezer

There is a washer and dryer located in the bathroom.

Enjoy the multitude of games, comfy furniture, and TV in the living room! (unfortunately, the fireplace is NOT operational)

There are two mini-split A/C & heating units, each in one of the bedrooms. The whole house A/C is operated by the upstairs HVAC unit, but most vents downstairs are shut, so the mini-splits control the temperature well downstairs.

**Parking is only available for two vehicles in the concrete driveway.**

Our cleaning protocols are fundamentally mini deep cleans each and every turn. Every single bed linen is washed every time, including comforters --> Every. Single. Time. High-touch items are sanitized always. No cobwebs, corners missed, or fuzzies under the furniture. Basic cleaning supplies are also provided in case guests want to clean or have a need during their stay (but no huge cleaning checkout list!).

Outlet plugs and cabinet locks available, but not installed throughout the house. It is child and infant friendly, but there is no crib or other infant amenities.

No events, parties, or extra guests allowed without prior approval; fees apply.

We are avid travelers ourselves and have seen both phenomenal and “less-than-ideal” hosting strategies and strive always to be in the first group. The house is remarkably stocked with ‘little’ amenities you might need traveling and all of our properties receive excellent remarks about providing everything needed.
