This is my 4th time staying at this property. I won’t stay any other place. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms with soft comfortable beds. Hot breakfast every morning. Danny and his wife in housekeeping are incredible. Never had to ask for anything.

The only issue was the renovation that was ongoing during our stay. It caused some late night noise and we could not use the elevator for our departure. Everything else was just fine.

The only reason I gave the property 3 stars was because they were replacing the floors and it was loud outside of the room. A manager, I assume, called me on the way to the hotel and asked if I could change rooms from 2 double beds to a king bed. I was reluctant as I was traveling with a friend of my daughter's. I did agree to switch, but I feel I should have been compensated in some way. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it easier to get to the university than the other hotels we have stayed at.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. We rolled in at 11 pm and left by 8 am, so didn’t really get to take advantage of much. My biggest complaint was that I could hear the trucks on the highway from our room, but this is a hotel right off the exit, so not much can be done about that.

Got a good night's rest on the pillow top mattress and took a dip in the indoor pool which was also clean. Not noisy at all being close to the interstate but overall enjoyed the stay and would recommend, whether just passing through or extended stay, definitely worth it! (And decent pricing for the rooms as well)

The hotel was far away enough from freeway to be quiet, and we felt safe in the area. The front desk, breakfast, and cleaning staff were all some of the friendliest I have encountered in the last few years. The breakfast was well stocked and maintained. The room was clean. The mattresses are very soft..I would prefer firmer. The TV is locked down so you can plug your computer or roku to play via HDMI so you are stuck with the basic cable HBO/Disney Jr. That's not great with kids sometimes. The pool is indoor and clean, but in Dec. Jan, It was COLD. Many families were there like us with kids and all kids were shivering after 10 minutes. Some complained and front desk person pointed a laser thermometer at surface and said it is 81. That isn't true. They do keep the room itself around 80, but it doesn't warm more than a top inch of the pool. Once you get in, you realize it's more like 65. It would probably be warmed if they even ran it through the jets more but it wasn't circulating. Many of us look for the indoor pool precisely to give kids a litle winter swim practice. For that, I'll look for a different one next time. That said, we do generally go for comfort suites which are often the best set when you have two adults and three little kids. I would give it a 10 all things considered if they'd address the pool.

Check in went fairly smooth, quiet, safe. The room was so clean. The bed was comfortable! The bathroom light and fan were in one and the fan is so loud but no complaints would stay here again!

I am satisfied with everything and it is very good The only thing is, when checking in at the hotel, we waited for about 10 minutes. There was no one there, and one man seemed to be having a chat in the back. He saw us, but he didn't come to the counter and help us, so I thought the man was a guest like Woochi and called him. I did not. After waiting for over 5 minutes, I tapped the counter with my hand and he came and checked me in. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but because of that, my family and I had no choice but to give it 4 stars. ​

I love this hotel! it was clean and comfortable. Nice shower and the breakfast was good! The only thing i was disappointed about was that there was no hot tub like advertised but my son really loved the heated pool! I would stay here again!
