BEAUTIFUL updated Knoxville house close to downtown & the aiport

This single level brick home is open, full of light, clean, and beautiful with new kitchen appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser. The second bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sized premium air mattress if needed. The master bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, and a dresser. All of the beds have new mattresses. There are seating areas on the front porch and the back patio and a large backyard. A pack n play is available upon request.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just miles from downtown and 3.3 miles to the University of Tennessee. It's a great retreat for personal and corporate stays in Knoxville. Come and enjoy scenic routes to the mountains and explore the beauty of Knoxville!

Wonderful stay

This is a beautifully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for a wedding weekend, and it was perfect for our family. I highly recommend this property.

Great house for concert

The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed staying there while in TN for GNR concert at UT. I will definitely attempt to stay here again when visiting Knoxville.

Lovely updated house

Great location and a very nicely renovated home in a quiet neighborhood that had great access to downtown Knoxville. Rental was large, clean, had many amenities and was well decorated and updated.

UT visit

Quiet, clean and neat UT campus!

This was our second stay at your adorable home. We love the location! It is so quiet yet so close to UT campus. The home is tastefully decorated, nice furnishings and fixtures, and is very spacious. We are so happy to have found this spot and hope to stay again soon! Thank you!

Perfect place for our ladies getaway

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean, it had comfy beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners. Our only regret was not staying one more night! We'd like to make another trip to Knoxville in the future and this is where we'll stay. Thank you, Julie!

Volleyball Tournament

We came to Knoxville for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and Julie’s place was perfect! It was clean and close to the venue and the perfect place to hang out in between games. The neighborhood was quiet and amenities were better than a hotel because we could cook healthy meals for our athlete and store snacks for the spectators!

Girlfriends Weekend

House was entirely great and everything was super neat and tidy. Neighborhood was very quiet. Julie was communicative and had left nice welcoming touches Would stay here again. Near town and near the airport. The Alcoa highway is under construction but that's life and will be great once completed.

UT Move-In

This cute rental was the perfect location for helping move our son into the dorms. It's a great central location, safe neighborhood, and very clean home. Julie was very responsive and easy to reach with a few questions. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and convenient!

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was convenient to Knoxville and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was decorated beautifully and very clean. I couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were! This was the perfect place for a couples' trip.

3 moms and 3 teen girls! Immaculate! Very comfortable we felt very safe. Its a Nice area and we will definitely stay here again! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
