Top Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum Hotel Reviews
"They always say hospitality in the south is the best - and this hotel truly reflects that. The manager, Will, was so kind and helpful the morning we arrived after missing a connection flight. My family was broken and tired and Will gave us comfort in knowing he was taking care of us! Thank you much! "
Cumberland House Knoxville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"The property is great and the staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and it was a short walk to the convention center. The only thing I did not like and didn’t realize before hand is the parking at the property is valet only, which was an extra $35 a day. "
Pier D Lite 4 bdrm Houseboat on River Downtown Knoxville - walk to Univ. of TN
6/10 Okay
"Over a thousand dollars for one night, and I had to take the sheets and pillowcases off of the bed myself, be my own house keeper, and walk to the car and back multiple times for an inefficient parking pass system. Crazy. If you want to get some steps in and walk for a long time, it might be worth it. We had to walk to the boat to get the pass, back to the car to put it on, and back to the boat to sleep. Then back to the car to get the pass in the morning, back to the boat to return it, then back to the car to drive home all before 10am. The host was cold and direct in their messages. Nothing really happy to say, just wanted to remind me several times to not have a party... I'm an adult spending a ton of money on a stay. It wasn't very welcoming. That being said, the boat was well decorated and comfortable, though I think next time I'll find a better priced option with better service."
Magnificent 70' Houseboat with Roof Top Party Deck Walking Distance to DT Knox
10/10 Excellent
"I traveled to Knoxville with my 25 year old son who was competing in Syndicate Crown Coliseum just a short walk away. Although we spent most of our time at the event we enjoyed mornings having breakfast on the back deck of the boat and spent our evenings enjoying the upper deck! The boat was very clean and the music/instrument themed furniture and decorations were a nice touch. We really appreciated how well stocked the boat was with everyday items such as toiletries, coffee and other kitchen essentials. The host was very responsive and accommodating as I did struggle a bit with the newly installed smart panel entry system the first day. We found all the marina folks to be very friendly! This location was great in that we could easily walk to the nearby attractions located on Gay Street and at Market Square. "
