I talked to the front desk asked them to ensure the room was cleaned before I returned, I was gone for 10 hours when I returned it was never touched.. I called the front desk and they asked if I needed something brought to the room."

"We enjoyed our stay a lot. However, our dinner meal was not a good experience. It started with drinks which were not correct. We ordered salads and were short one salad. The waitress said it was her fault later but we opted at that point to have it delivered. Everyone’s steak were either undercooked or overcooked. The undercooked one was sent back but then came back overcooked. We have eaten and stayed there before and it was all exceptional. Unfortunately, we were very underwhelmed and disappointed this time. The meal only and drinks! Everything else was superior! Thank you for your time."
