"Lovely boutique hotel just out of the town with a nice view. A ideal place to be for quiet but within driving distance of Oban. Although our room was lovely and we had a good view of the loch, we could also see the bins right below our room, this could be avoided by just covering the bin area."

"Reasonably priced single room with great view over the harbour. Bedding was clean and crisp and room of a good size. Bathroom very clean and adequate. Slightly squeaky floorboards and sound from room next door but to be expected in a hotel of this age. Comfortable lounge to have a drink in the evening ..."

"This is an old hotel. Clean and tidy. Walking distance to town centre and some of the main sites. Quiet. (We were on 3rd floor). No lift but that was ok for us. Character - slightly sloping floor. Good value"
