"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz). "Beautiful area, of course we're in Austria! Traffic through the Fernepass was atrocious, which is right near Obsteig. Construction was in process across the road from hotel and the trucks that traveled the road all night that our room overlooked were very loud. No A/C so leaving windows open was a must. "Der Hirsch in Füssen ist eine Tradition- und zwar ganz zu Recht. Das Niveau der Gastlichkeit ist sehr hoch. Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams an der Rezeption ist wirklich gut. Ich habe das Restaurant sehr genossen. Das Küchenteam macht eine wirklich sehr gute handwerkliche Arbeit (Zwiebelrostbraten mit sehr guter Fleischqualität und hervorragenden Speckbohnen). Besonders ist mir aufgefallen Fräulein Natalie, die zur Mittagszeit freundlich und sehr kompetent mit ihrem freundlichen Kollegen am Tresen das Restaurant „bewegt“- obwohl sehr jung eine echte Gastgeberin.
