"The apartment had a horrible stench as soon as you walk in. I messaged the manager about it and they came about two days later and sprayed the apartment with a highly fragrant substance but the smell remained beneath it. My shower light didn’t work. I told them but it was not fixed. The apartment was extremely cold due to the terrible winds in the area and it is not insulated at all. The wind can be felt coming through beneath the doors and between the windows. I asked for a space heater and...

on the terrace outside our room, sitting by the pool or hiking the trails on the property. Breakfast on the upper deck was lovely, stunning views over False Bay. Would definitely recommend if looking for accommodation in this area!"

"We were staying off season so might be different when busy but hotel and rooms were very clean and breakfast buffet had many different options. Pool facilities were great and never crowded. Staff very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend. "

"Katharina is a great hostess, she gave us some wonderful recommendations during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean, even a sheet to sleep under, not just a duvet. You could make your own coffee, tea or hot chocolate and there were water bottles in the fridge. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Delicious fresh fruit salad and a large selection of cooked and cold food. We would most certainly stay here again."

"Absolutely a beautiful property, the view to the sea was stunning. The amenities in the room were "over the top" James was at our "beck and call" and very polite and spoke wonderful English. If we had know how close this property was to the Arabella Golf resort we would have stayed there the entire 5 days. Will definitely come back and stay here again."
