"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. "The mirror inside the room should not face the bed. There is an empty wall near the main door which would be a more suitable place to position the mirror.
Regarding parking, the hotel should reserve indoor parking spaces for in-house guests. On the day of my stay, there was an event at the hotel and most of the indoor parking lots were occupied by non-guests. As a result, I had to park outside under the hot sun"
