Hotel is at the back of the fancier Mercure hotel, a bit dated but the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered variety. However, the towels were gray and thinning, there were stains on the bathroom walls, but worse of all was the pool that was surrounded by tarpaulin walls and not at all like the pictures. "

"We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Alamanda. The staff were so friendly and looked after us well. Nothing was ever a bother and they really made our trip special. The included breakfasts were yummy with fruit, toast, cereal, yoghurt, juice, tea/coffee and the choice of cooked options prepared for you (eggs, pancakes, omelettes etc.). I'm gluten-free and had no problems with food options. The 3 course dinners were great and so cheap!! The cooks made great cheese toasties and fries whenever...

"Je pense que c’est la plus belle chambre d’hôtel que j’ai pu voir à ce jour : chambre immense et magnifique. Le personnel et aux petits soins pour vous. Le petit déjeuner (parfois en mode buffet, parfois à la carte) est varié et excellent. Le seul problème dans mon cas (voyageur solo) était la localisation. Je n’était pas à la recherche d’excursion privées seul, tous les départs se faisait donc du centre ville de Yogyakarta, ce qui demandait systématiquement 20 min de Grab. Je pense que l’hôtel...

"Good hotel with a clean room and nice view of the city/ mountain at the distance from the upper floor room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop with a pool, gym and restaurant is an added bonus to be able to hang out and enjoy the view. Conveniently located and walkable to the malioboro street. Will stay again "
