Einfach unakzeptabel, Als ich dort ankam wusste man nichts von meiner Buchung. Es lag keine Reservierung vor und man sagte mir man sei überhaupt nicht bei fewo angemeldet. Ich stand ohne Zimmer da und mein Geld wurde vorher abgebucht
