CLASSIC 1935 OCEANFRONT BEACH COTTAGE

"The Lemonade Cottage is a wonderful beach house, perfectly nestled right on the dunes. The owners provide so many thoughtful little amenities that we hadn’t even thought of, but that made our vacation even more enjoyable. There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of the ocean and taking in the beautiful view! The owners are accessible, responsive and outstanding to work with. This was our second year at the Lemonade Cottage and we can’t wait to come back!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel, mostly because of the beautiful beach break right at the back door of the hotel! We spent the whole time boogie boarding and skimboarding! The hotel is nice, restaurant is good, gym was great and the indoor hot tub was very nice! I used the laundry room and it worked great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time! The house is absolutely perfect. Walking distance or quick bike ride to everything. Beach walk took us under 4 minutes to walk everyday. The house has everything you need. Super clean and plenty of space. We really enjoyed our week and will be back soon. Thank you, Sharon!"

"We loved staying here! It is a great location away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded tourist locations. The property itself is very clean, adorable, and has everything you need for a beach weekend. I personally will miss sitting out on the deck with my coffee enjoying the sounds of the birds and insects. Such a relaxing and quiet stay. We will definitely be back!"

"It was a nice place to stay overall. Just wished we knew there were narrow steps heading to the room at the back of the house. It was pretty clean, the ceiling fan wasin verge of falling off and noticed some tapes around it so we did not use the ceiling fan. It would of been nice to have working ceiling fan. The showwer glass barrier was wobbly and not secured so the water would drip out. The stairs walking up to the front door had nails popping out on it so be careful so you dont step on the nails that were sticking out. Most of them were on the side. But it was decent place to sleep over for few nights."
