Perfectly located is our 2 bedroom detatched house at the front of Kissonerga Paphos. Kissonerga is located in a quiet yet convenient location just off the coastal road half way between Paphos harbour and Coral Bay , making both resorts easily accessible, . The area has plenty of restaurants supermarkets and tavernas within walking distance both in the village centre and on the coast road including Harmonie restaurant and Vardas Beach where you can dine and relax right on the beach front . i would also recommend The Village Green bar and restaurant and Julies bar and restaurant both of which are a 5 minute walk from the house and offer excellent value for money . The nearest beach is around 750 metres away.
The area is surrounded with fruit plantations where bananas, nectarines, citrus fruits and olives are all grown,
The house is fully equipped and has air conditioning and ceiling fans to both bedrooms and lounge dining area ,there is free wifi throughout and a smart TV with UK and European channels including films and sky sports, The kitchen offers granite work tops a full size dishwasher , washing machine and full sized fridge freezer ,kettle ,toaster ,coffee machine, microwave and all pantry items, there is also a cool box with ice packs for use at the beach/pool or to fill with your choice of drinks while relaxing in the garden .Outside is a private non overlooked and tranquil wrap around garden with sun loungers , a large gas BBQ and seating area for al fresco dining while overlooking the gorgeous sea and sunset views, The pool is shared with just 12 other properties and is 10 metres from the front door
Windows and patio doors have fly screens and all windows and patio doors have shutters ,a blackout roller blind and curtains to keep out the early morning sun if required they also help to keep the rooms cooler
Getting around is simple in Paphos with a very reliable bus service running every 10/15 minutes which will take you to Paphos harbour going left where you will find a vast choice of tavernas, bars, restaurants and shops to cater for all tastes all set around the harbour and beyond ,there are also water sports ,boat tips and some nice beaches in the area. Coral Bay to the right also offers a large array of bars, tavernas and restaurants and some gorgeous blue flag beaches. The nearest bus stops are 500 metres from the house and cost 1 euro 50 cents until 9.00pm and then 2 euros 50 cents until midnight (weekly bus passes are also available from the bus station in paphos town) Coral bay is around 6 minutes drive away and ideal for a large shop if you are without a car as Philippos which is a large supermarket will deliver you and your shopping home for free. Paphos harbour is around 10 minutes drive away.
Car hire is not essential but recommended as it is relatively inexpensive in Cyprus and gives you the opportunity to explore much further afield what this gorgeous island has to offer, The house has private covered parking right outside the front door with automatic security lighting
