The house of San Matteo , our latest addition, is one more elegant diamond to the Elafonisi Villas collection. A small paradise for those who seeking primordial contact with nature combined with romance and a sense of freedom without sacrificing comfort and luxury.

Time is suddenly perceived only by the course of the celestial bodies – the clock puts its place in the sun. Day intervals, such as noon, afternoon and evening, define the daily routine and stimulate other everyday habits.

It has 4 master bedrooms with double bed, overlooking the sea.
An independent WC, a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living room, dining room and kitchen covers an area of 240 sq.m. in total.
The atrium features an outdoor fireplace and swings.

Exterior
A specially designed swimming pool of 25m, perfectly harmonized with the nature.
Outdoor sitting and sun loungers, comfortable sofas, outdoor dining room, and barbecue are the elements that make up the outdoor spaces ideal for summer sunbathing.
