"The staff was not very friendly on check in. She put us in a room facing the highway, which was very noisy. She did move us when we requested it."

"When we arrived, we were assigned a room key to the wrong room. When we tried to enter the room, someone opened the door and yelled at us and it was not our fault. The room was not cleaned well Stain on the carpet and on the back of the bathroom door. "

"I had to call maintenance every time the toilet needed flushing, standing there in a towel while a stranger works on the toilet. Also had homeless people hanging around the property making it uneasy to move around evening/night hours. Poor communication with staff. "
