Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because even though they took money at the start of the stay for incidentals, they made me pay at check out for a stained towel, my 8 year old spilled dr pepper, had to clean it up some how, which is what the incidental fee was for that they took when we first got there. Never had that happen anywhere else...

"The pool was only open until 9pm and opened at 10am. When you have

it needs to be open late until at least 10 and open at 8am. It’s not like they were cleaning it because the water was murky and look terrible. We own a pool and it’s not that hard to keep clean and night shift could certainly maintain it. I’m a nurse and work night shift so again not unfamiliar with that shift. Also no hot water in the room I hate cold showers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will probably pick a hotel...
