"My wife and I recently stayed at Le Basilica Addis Hotel, Apartments & Spa, and we will definitely return. The apartments were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The waitresses were exceptional, and while the team is naturally welcoming, further training for the management and front desk would elevate the service to a truly elite standard. "The location is great if you know your way around Addis, some staff members really makes an effort to make your stay pleasant while some are outright rude and hostile. I was not able to use the GYM area on the weekend as they do not allow customers staying in the hotel to use the facilities on weekends, the lady looking after the facility gave me a very rude speech about the rules being the rules. Overall there are better options for the price and I would not recommend the place."
