Ok couple of days at Jupiter Kasanchis in Addis Ab

Good overall, my room had no plug in for my phone to charge. The tea kettle was broken, so I couldn’t make tea in the evening and morning. The place looked run down overall. I liked their massage service and gym!

Never again

Terrible experience, unhelpful staff who lied and made up stories, hotel changed my reservation without ever telling me, management refused to refund my booking, messed up my whole trip. Breakfast was subpar, shower had only one temperature (scalding hot) while tap only had freezing cold water. Room smelled, glass shower tray was broken and dangerous. Wifi is poor and kept failing, every time it took 30 minutes to fix. Room was incredibly noisy, walls were paper thin, noise from street and generator incredibly loud. There are much better hotels at same price range close by and going forward will always stay in those.

Jupiter Kazanchis, en god hotellopplevelse.

Flott hotell med en fantastisk stab av medarbeidere som gjorde alt de kunne for at mitt opphold skulle vellykket for meg. Rengjøring hver dag av hyggelige renholdere, alltid rene håndklær i stort og fint bad. Treningsrom med bra utstyr for en treningsøkt hver morgen. Deilig frokost i en restaurant med hyggelige medarbeidere. Jazzkveld hver torsdag, herlig live-musikk. For meg var dette et perfekt opphold; beliggenheten i forhold til byens severdigheter, området rundt hotellet, gjestfriheten til medarbeiderne og god hotell-ledelse. Anbefales for andre som ønsker å besøke Addis Abeba.

Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et bien équipé. C'est dommage que les finitions, notamment dans la salle de bain, ne soient pas au niveau du standing de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner assez copieux et de bonne qualité. Par contre l'hôtel ne respecte pas sa charte de protection de l'environnement car les serviettes sont changées tous les jours malgré le fait de ne pas les mettre sur le sol comme mentionné dans la charte et même la demande de ne pas les changer tous les jours. C'est bien dommage de gaspiller autant d'eau et de détergents à laver les serviettes tous les jours !...
