It was truly a home away from home! We loved having a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedrooms. The staff was very helpful and welcoming at check-in. There was plenty of parking, and the room was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay!
This was the first time we stayed here we go to Kirkland every year for the Races and I must say I was very impressed with first of all the price and it was super clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite he walked through the room with us and made sure everything was ok asked if we needed everything extra
Would most definitely stay again
Don’t let the people that mention the past uses of this property deter you from staying here.
The rooms are clean and spacious we stayed in number 1
The person checking us in was very helpful.
When we pulled in we almost left, But once I went inside and saw how clean it was I was glad that I went in to check it out.
We had a nice suite with 2 bedrooms full kitchen and a comfortable living room.
No road noise or hallway sound at all. The gentleman looking after the place works very hard and has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Nice guy.
Large unit with basic amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bath towels are new.
Strongly recommend for overnight or longer stay. Close to grocery store, gas station, Tim Horton’s and McDonald’s.
Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond. Stove was broke so he loaned us his personal air fryer.
Room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. Will go back again.

Good kitchen, good parking, nice size rooms, clean bathroom.
Our room had no AC and it was not a pleasant sleep. Only 1 window in the living space and it was suggested to us to put the small fan in the window for air circulation. Didn't like that we needed to keep the window open on the main floor facing the main entrance. The bathroom door also faced the open window and we had to keep the bathroom light on all night because there were no night lights. Other than that, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Beds weren’t the comfiest. Place was good for the price.
The place was clean, maintained well and safe. A few minutes by walk to the town and shopping. Safe Parking. Will definitely stay there on my next visit
The Prospectors Inn had everything I needed - two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a full kitchen with a stove, microwave oven and dishes and cutlery, a nice living room area and a complete bathroom.
Really liked how the rooms are set up lile mini apartments! Made for a good stay!

Not everything was bad, the bed was comfortable. Actually the room was really big, my wife and I literally have lived in a smaller apartment. I would say that my biggest gripe with this place is that it is unsafe. There is a natural gas tankless boiler/hot water tank in an incredibly small space in one of the bedrooms, and on top of that, I couldn’t find a carbon monoxide detector. We booked this stay pretty last minute, and we travelled a pretty good distance to arrive, although pretty late, at 10:50pm. Overall it felt really unprofessional, guy who I assume wears all the hats seemed like we were an inconvenience and when we asked about possibly checking out later than the very early 10am checkout, he said there was no chance of that. Also, the office was very unsettling, cluttered and disorganized. NOT at all a traditional check in experience, you have to basically walk through the whole building to get to the office that is closed door with a sign saying knock or ring the doorbell. As well as office hours indicating something like 8am-2pm when check in’s start at 3… Also, no a/c. Learned our lesson and that was a one and only stay, will be choosing one of the other more expensive motels in the area next time.
The space is very spacious and exceptionally clean.

Unique place; suite was large and spotlessly clean, although somewhat bare. Staff went over and above to send my son's forgotten stuffed animal to our new home (out of province) for which I am grateful. Only gripe is that the parking lot is not well lit. Enjoyed our stay
Room was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The 2-bedroom suite with full kitchen was perfect for our needs compared to a normal motel room. Outdoor lighting is needed around the building as we couldn't see the sign from the road after dark. Otherwise we will certainly be returning next fall for our annual trip!
The apt was huge, comfortable and well stocked for your cooking needs. I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, I wished I requested bottom floor as o don’t do stairs easily. That was my mistake.
