We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotelโ€ฆ we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaintโ€ฆ every thing was great at this hotelโ€ฆ loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony

Luxurious hotel with lovely rooms, great cuisine.

Very nice room with open air bath at the end with lots of amenities including a hand coffee grinder and coffee beans. Great meals, one Italian the other Japanese. Very friendly and helpful staff

This is the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff - in particular the shuttle drivers, the man who welcomed us at the entrance and the reception - were spectacular. The location is amazing - full nature. We used everyday the onsens although it was very hot outside. Recommended!
