"Clean, excellent staff, facilities were good! "

"The room was clean but outside landscaping where the patio was needed some attention. We stayed on a bottom room, and the people above us was pretty loud. Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. "

"This Resort has updated their condos and have done an excellent job! We've stayed here for about 25 times through the years, and it was declining, but Hilton purchased it, and it is MUCH improved. Flooring, painting and furniture all new! Kohler upgraded clean showers, faucets and toilets. I hate to leave a great review, because I don't want it to get too crowded. :)"

"We had 2 queen beds. Room 644 one bed was good, the other was terrible. The mattress looked broken down in the middle. Sleeping required being directly in the middle. "

"The wait to check in was very long and unorganized. We paid more for a room that was by the waterpark and we were put in a different building that they said was still “considered close” to the waterpark and it definitely was not. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The outside mini golf corse was really run down. We had people smoking weed right outside our door the whole time. The waterpark was pretty neat with lots of an activities and seating. Overall I would not stay here again. It was a mostly negative experience. "

"Nice clean rooms, pool & hot tub were a big plus! Breakfast buffet did not disappoint. Enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning again."
