For being a pet friendly hotel, it was very clean and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly, always greeting you going out and coming in. To me, it was conveniiently located, out of the way, but close to shopping nd tourity spots. I will stay again if going to Branson.

Property and room was very clean. I like the fact the hotel is a smoke free facility. Liked that the hotel was outside of town away from traffic and noise. Inside hotel was quiet and relaxing. Staff were very pleasant. Surrounding areas was very neatly maintained. We missed breakfast so I can’t give a rating. Some of the things I didn’t like: The front desk staff put us in a room on the backside with a terrible view of all the construction dumpsters in the back parking lot. Beds were a little too hard. One of the elevators was out of order and the swimming pool was unavailable due to renovations even though the pool area didn’t seem to be affected. Vending machine was out of order on our floor. Overall the experience was very good and would most likely stay there again in the future.

the staff went out of their way to help us. they were kind and courteous . the rooms were clean and the whole hotel was very peaceful and quiet. no one running around. the problem i had was the mattresses, you could see that the top mattress was very worn and in fact it was sagging in the middle. i have a neurological disease and i really need a good mattress that will support my back. i could only sleep on my left side and as a result my neck was hurting most of my vacation. on the plus side the pillows weree great. not ssoft or hard just right,

Good hot breakfast choices. A great choice for Branson, as it is away from the strip, but still easy to get to. Nice, quiet area. Gym was clean and not busy. But double beds were not soft and appeared to be lopsided, and bedframe did not seem very stable.
