The Space:

Nestled away from all the hustle and bustle, you’ll find this property equipped with everything you may need for a home away from home retreat. One main floor connects all rooms in this charming home. With three bedrooms and two and half baths, there is space and privacy to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests. Panoramic lush green views surround this property, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, enclosed back porch, and private hot tub.



Inside the living room offers comfy seating, stone electric fireplace, and TV. Steps away, you will find everything you may need to whip up a delicious meals in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a blender, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and oven complete with stovetop.



Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which sits eight or take it out to the gazebo to dine al fresco!



- Bedroom #1 boasts a king-sized bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom which features a dual sink, and walk-in shower.



- Bedroom #2 is also equipped with its own King-sized bed and TV.



- Bedroom #3 is outfitted with a Full-sized bed, Queen-sized futon, and TV.



There is also a shared half bath, and full shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Through the Kitchen you can access the spacious enclosed back porch equipped with a private hot tub. From here you can step outside to the large backyard. This open space offers an above the ground pool, deck with seating, gazebo with grill, firepit area with outdoor seating, and yards of grass for the kids and dogs to run around in.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Entry Access no steps required.

- Parking is available for three spaces directly in front of the home.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 dog, 15 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- There is a stacked washer and dryer available for your convenience.

- The pools is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Perfect Getaway for Family

This property was fantastic! It had plenty of space for our family and accommodated our small dogs. They provided everything we could possibly need. We loved the pool and hot tub. We even got to meet the owner and she was so nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I traveled to Branson with my parents and our two girls and we had a great time! The place exceeded expectations. It has enough space for all of us and the layout was perfect. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the property was quite private which was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice pet friendly home. Clean had everything we needed. Pool was clean and beautiful. Hot tub was amazing, great that the half bath is the porch area to keep water out of the house.

Beautiful house!

We had an excellent time here. The pool was so nice and well taken care of. Loved the fancy hot tub and enjoyed spending the mornings drinking coffee in the gazebo! Great hosts. Would definitely come back.

Stuff was on point. It was good for me and my guest. We were good with the overall performance, the hot tub in particular. We took care of things and had the means to do so. If you want a good place to stay that mocks your own place….. here you go.

Great place to stay!

I stayed with some friends, but easily friendly for all ages. Hot tub being inside is nice for the days it’s rainy. Nice huge fenced in yard! Close to Branson, but far enough away from all the traffic. Secluded just enough to have that true country cottage feel. Really loved everything about the house and will be returning in the future.

Perfect Setting

This property was so nice. Large fenced in yard for our fur baby. Just minutes away from shopping and Branson activities. World Pizza just down the road was so delicious. We enjoyed the fire pit and the peace and quiet of the area. It truly was a Cozy Cabin!

Cozy Cottage

We absolutely loved the cottage and all the amenities! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Got to meet the owners and they were very nice. The cottage was clean and had plenty of room for 5 people to stay. I would highly recommend this place and we will be renting it again in the future. The price is great and the place is amazing! Very peacefull! Thank you!

Wedding Weekend Stay

The property was so cozy, spacious and comfortable! We had our dogs with us and the fenced in yard was perfect for them. Since we were there for our daughter’s wedding, we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities due to being so busy. But, looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful Place

This is our 2nd time booking and it was very nice. They have upgraded the outside and it was a nice surprise. The owner came by twice to check on the pool and hot tub which was very nice meeting her. She wanted to make sure we had everything we needed as we had booked it for over a week. Can't say enough about the place. Will definitely come back next year !

Cozy Getaway

The hosts were fantastic with excellent communication and detailed checkin and checkout instructions. The cottage was amazing just perfect for a family getaway. We had 6 adults and 1 teen with us and there was plenty of room. We could’ve definitely had a couple more guests with us and been comfortable. It’s a very quiet property just outside of Branson but close enough to enjoy all Branson has to offer. The hot tub was amazing and we will definitely be back with family when we can enjoy the swimming pool as well. Thank you for the great memories our family was able to make!

Pet Friendly close to Branson

We needed a place where we could bring our furry friends and still be close to Branson. This was perfect! The hosts are super and communicate regularly. The home is full of personal touches and very comfortable. There is a pool, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a large yard for the pups. The doggie door was especially handy.and they provide a covered doggie futon! Everything you could need is there. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for family, friends and pups

We stayed for a week in March for a family and friends spring break getaway in this fantastic property. It was perfect for 3 adult couples and 2 pups with plenty of parking, room to relax in and outdoors and plenty of nice touches and amenties. The yard was huge, so even the dogs had a great time. It was too early in the season to open the pool, but the hot tub was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped with dishware and the dining area was large and inviting, with room to enjoy meals together and some evening family games. We had one initial facility issue that I only mention to illustrate the property management responsiveness, taking care of it first night.Fair warning, the property is rural, hence all the room, with one primary road to head into Branson. That said it was easy to get into town, usually about 15 - 20 minutes to the landing and 35 minutes to get to Silver City or the Strip.Everyone loved the location and started talking about staying there again for summer visit next time before the week had even ended.

Multi-generations family Pre-Christmas Branson getaway!

Very clean, a little farther from Branson than I initially wanted to be but it wasn't a difficult drive and was easy to find. The fenced yard was a big plus for the pups & grandkids (Wow! that pool will be great in the summer!) The 2 king beds are beautiful but warning for anyone older, under 5'5" or with any disabilities, they are very high and you may have some difficulty getting into them! The kitchen is well stocked, there were oodles of towels for us and the house was adorable and decorated for Christmas which I appreciated. It felt very homey. I would consider re-booking this home this summer for another adventure!

Book it!

This place was great! It is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a great and relaxing vacation! The hot tub was fantastic. You can't quite tell from the picture, but it is in an airconditioned room on the back of the house. Given our trip was in July, that was super nice. I was thinking it would be too hot to use it, but that was a non-issue. There is also a half bath in the hot tub room with hooks on the wall for hanging up towels, swimsuits, etc. which I thought was a very nice touch. The pool was amazing, of course. We couldn't keep the kids out of it. We grilled a couple of times, and it was super easy to use. Basically everything about this place was great. BUT the best part of it is the location. I cannot express enough exactly how private it feels in the backyard. There were definitely neighbors in the area, but you wouldn't know it! On top of that, about two miles down the road is a Dollar General and a very nice gas station/liquor store (and their gas was quite a bit cheaper than the gas in Branson!) It's not too far from Branson and all the attractions, but still far enough away that you won't have to deal with all the noise and traffic in town. I cannot recommend this property enough! Book it!
