Plenty of space to spread out and relax, great view, and very clean and comfortable (the house is amazing, and the furnishings are great, including comfortable beds), and easy location to get around the Tri-Cities area. Communication with the host was awesome! The hosts are very accommodating, offering extra table and air mattresses, which we didn't end up needing. We will definitely be back in the future for other family events."
