"We booked a room at a lovely property on the historical register. We arrived at 5pm to an empty reception desk, and a not which said we had to go around the side of the hotel to find our room. No door…. Tried to call the number on reception, no reply. Eventually someone turned up and told us we were not staying in the inn, as advertised, but in a house about a block away from the hotel. Not what we ordered. The “delux room” was eorn out, basically a student digs quality room. You couldn’t open the blinds because next doors garden was right there. Really disappointed."

"The room was spacious, comfortable and incredibly clean, as was the entire property! Samantha at the front desk was very personable and friendly, even coming to our rescue to enter the pool area. The pool was perfection, clean without an overpowering chlorine smell, so relaxing! Breakfast was really good, with a variety of hot items. 💯 would stay here again!"
