I want to start by saying the daytime staff was extremely kind. However, in the room there were multiple cockroaches. When I went to turn on the AC, there were giant chunks of mold in the AC unit that were very easy to see. There was hair all over the shower, washcloth and towels. And for some reason the ONLY light in the bedroom was a lamp with a black light bulb?? The mini fridge was full of water and what looked like black mold. I also bought Clorox wipes to wipe down surfaces at first because there was white sticky stuff all over random tables and chairs. I left that night, tried to tell the staff about my experience and the man that night was extremely rude to me claiming I owed them money even though I pre paid through Expedia. I’m not that picky but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I’m still waiting on a refund to be processed as I had to make other accommodations the same night I checked in. This place should seriously be shut down. Do not stay here.

Staff was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful and honest. My 7 year old grandson helping load up the truck opened his wallet to get room key. Not noticing that his money he was saving fell out and was in the grass. A few hours after we where headed back to ST Louis, he called us and said that he found some money by our room with an outside entrance. Reviewed his security camera and seen it fall out of grandsons wallet We made arrangement to get the $180.00 back. I return to Warren PA 4 to 5 times a year. I will always stay at the Quality Inn where we will feel safe and the employee6 are honest and respectful.

I really liked how the door for my room went directly outside so I could bring my dog in and out easily. The property was pretty and spacious outside. I did notice a lot of litter though when walking my dog. The room we stayed in smelled of urine and the toilet wasn't cleaned which was a bummer to me. I was hoping for a fresh smelling room and cleanliness at least, but I was disappointed in that. My coffee maker didn't work at all, but thankfully there was 1 cup left in the main area to make a cup of coffee. The breakfast was good, just didn't have a big selection, but I was ok with what was provided. I hope this place can value cleanliness more and keeping things replaced that are broken and all gone so they can get better ratings. I see a lot of potential!

Nice Hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly, nice breakfast in morning. My only issue is that the shower/tub water empties very slowly out of the tub, 2 rooms same issue in both.

Great night’s sleep

Good for the price paid. Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable mattress, lots of cable channels. I’ll definitely be staying here again as I make treks between Rochester & Pittsburgh!

Room stay

Room no fully equipped, not enough towels, had to ask for them. Pillows could be better. As always, breakfast could be longer and more of a selection. Understand that there is short staff everywhere but above items could be improved. Rooms were clean considering condition of hotel and available staff. Generally some people just don’t want to work. Our stay was okay.
