Top Hotels Near Kinsmen Leisure Centre in Edmonton from NZ$110

"Towels were old and rag looking. My sheets hsd stains and the face cloth has mascara on it still. Pool was nice but dated. Hot tub was.. warmish not hot. Just needs some updateing. Please get new towels. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, bed was comfy but we did miss the breakfast. I would stay again but there are better option for the price. Location is out of the way unless you want industral area. "

"Lake view was nice. Main turn off was from the outside you could see they had converted one room into a junk room. Surprised a hotel with this name brand would let something like this pass. "

"The staff was lovely. And rooms are clean The pool is LOUD. Like It’s hard to describe just how loud. If there’s anyone in there with you, you’ll have to yell to be heard above the echos. Also, they don’t have any extra life jackets on hand for kids. "

"For the cost of the stay it was a terrible experience floors in the bathroom were dirty called the front desk and asked for coffee as they new we were booked for 4 days for 2 of us only enough coffee for one morning never ever came and brought us anything, we only asked for a room refresher once and only gave us fresh towels no extra toilet paper called the front desk to no answer just a terrible terrible stay we do not recommend at all "
