"Such wonderful hosts and a great location! We had a great time going from onsen to onsen and stopping at the snack bar across the road before retiring for the night. "

"This is a beautiful Ryokan, and even though the facilities are not brand new they are not lacking. Breakfast was very good and the Onsen were very spacious and felt the most new out of all the area."

"Property located about 15 min walk from the main Onsen strip but it provides shuttle service to the strip every half hour. Rooms are large and very nice. Most notable is their buffet dinner and breakfast is excellent with various delicacies almost comparable to high end restaurant but with so much more variety."

"Staff unfriendly, No English at all. The center air conditions in my room was no cold air comes out. A small portable air conditioner with very little cold air. The room was very hot . Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "

"The hotel has been recently rebranded and is undergoing extensive renovations. The bits they've finished, like the rooms and the dining room, are new and shiny. The room itself was comfortable. It's close to the town, which has good izakaya and other options if you're not on a meal plan. There is also a Lawson close-by.
On weekdays especially the hotel is an active construction site inside and out. It probably isn't what the workers want, to have to share a construction site with guests. It...

"Best service I've ever had at a hotel. The staff are super kind, we felt as if we were in someone's home with them taking care of us.
Rooms were kept clean and the place had lots of included amenities to partake in.
If you're looking for a modern ryokan experience, I highly recommend! "
"Kinosaki is a beautiful town and we were happy with our accommodations. This definitely wasn’t the most expensive ryokan but we were happy as we felt we got an authentic experience that fit our budget. The private open-air onsen you can rent was easily the highlight of our whole Japan trip. I wish we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out but otherwise would recommend! "
"Excellent staff and service. Room was roomy and comfortable. I left something at the facility and they shipped it for me (I paid the shipping fee). In house bathhouse was wonderful. "
"We had a wonderful stay at our hotel in Kinosaki Onsen! The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and friendly—they spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The food was superb, especially the dinner, which featured a beautifully prepared 9-course meal showcasing local ingredients and flavors. The entire experience felt authentic and relaxing. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, a perfect escape from the busy city life. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway and exceptional hospitality!"
"If I can give it six stars I will .It is elegant, staffs were courteous, hot spring area is outstanding! Dinner is like Michelin stars restaurant. Breakfast buffet is also outstanding. We’ll definitely come back again."
