Yes the room was clean and all staff were brilliant despite the odd mistake. It is obviously a tourist bus stop and caters to them. Thickness of walls was an issue. I stayed for 2 nights in September 2025. What an amazing hotel. Every member of staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was excellent. This was a modern hotel but with the character and charm of authentic Scotland.

It was perfect. Could not habe imagined a better place to stay. Being able to look out on Loch Ness every morning when bathing was an amazing experience. Location to walk around town was excellent.

Lovely stay, couldn't have asked for anything else
Lovely quiet stay at the bothy, we went over with no car and stocked up with bits at Fort William! despite the loo and showers being shared this was no problem at all as they were kept clean. Lovely to have the cafe next door as well, meant we were able to get breakfast and coffee easily :)
