Stay in style at Queen & Mill, the perfect home base for a trip to Kingsville! Steps from restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, The Estate of Health Spa and down the street from beautiful views of Lake Erie, walking trails & splashpad at Lakeside Park.

Good vibes & good times await in the stylish, newly renovated house designed with comfort and amenities that are sure to impress.  Whether lounging in front of the fireplace & smart TV (Netflix incl.), playing board games, or gathering around the large kitchen island, the open concept living area is great for connecting with friends & family. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for preparing & serving full-course meals. 
The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each uniquely decorated with plenty of storage and equipped with amenities to assure your comfort. On the main floor, the master bedroom features a super comfy queen bed, fireplace, Netflix equipped smart TV and attached bathroom with double vanity and walk-in rain head shower. The other main floor bedroom comfortably hosts a queen bed and has a full bathroom down the hall. Upstairs, you'll find a second living area with smart TV, private workspace and two twin daybeds with 2 twin floor mattresses as well as a third full bathroom. Guests also have access to a fully equipped laundry area with washer, dryer and utility sink. 

Plan for outdoor fun in the large, fully fenced yard equipped with a barbeque, fire pit, screened gazebo, putting green, corn hole & ladder ball! You can relax knowing your little ones or furry friends will be safe with lots of room to run around!

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway as well as additional street parking on Mill.
