Located just minutes from downtown Kingsville, local wineries, restaurants, beaches, and the Kingsville wine route, Lake & Sage is the perfect home base for a relaxing couples getaway, girls’ weekend, family trip, or wine country escape. Spend your days exploring wineries and waterfront trails, then return home to unwind beside the lake.

The home features four thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces ideal for families and small groups:

• A main-level queen bedroom with peaceful water views
• A spacious upstairs primary suite featuring a king bed, electric fireplace, TV, and cozy reading chairs overlooking the lake
• A fun bunk room with twin XL bunks, TV, gaming console, board games, and a dedicated reading nook
• A versatile lower-level rec room/flex space with a twin daybed + trundle, attached half bath, shuffleboard table, “Lake Dreams” neon sign, and a wellness corner complete with yoga mats, resistance bands, and a foam roller

The main level also includes a full bathroom and guest-access laundry room for added convenience.

Designed for gathering and relaxing, the living room features a 65” TV with Netflix, an electric fireplace, and a collection of board games for cozy evenings in. The dining area seats up to 8 guests and includes a dedicated coffee bar perfect for slow mornings by the lake. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, a gas range, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Step outside and the experience continues. The private lakefront patio was designed to feel like your own boutique wellness retreat and includes:

The outdoor shower and cold plunge are available seasonally from approximately April through November, weather permitting.
