"The cottage was the perfect for our needs. We found it very clean and comfortable. It’s easy to get to and is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the St John’s Ferry and not far from restaurants. "

"Fabulous! First, we were welcomed by a beautiful sign for the whole family. Then a delicious charcuterie board was delivered! The house is beautiful with the most comfortable beds! It rained for 2 days and the kids spent all the time in the pool as it was covered. There were great pool toys there and a big float the kids loved. We loved sitting around the pool with all the comfortable seating. The house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the bunk bedroom and game room too! Great sitting areas for the whole family. We had a chef come in one night for my big birthday celebration and it was perfect. We all loved the house, and everyone wants to go back.Maghen was a great communicator. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. She told us that she had plenty of baby stuff for our 3-month-old. And she sure did! The house had everything you could ask for. It is so comfortable and perfect for families to be together.We went to the Jacksonville Zoo which is so close one day and it was so fun. I highly recommend this house for any gathering. Maghen was a joy to work with-we had to add an extra day due to our flight cancellation, and she was so accommodating and helpful. It was truly a magical weekend for me and my family. "

"This house was amazing and Amy was incredibly responsive. The configuration of the house is unique. The master suite on the second floor was quiet and comfortable. There were 3 bedrooms grouped together that are perfect for young couples who want to socialize. There was also a MIL suite on the first floor with a private bath. For those who like to cook, the appliances are high end and the pots/pans/dishes/silverware are excellent quality. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets. Loved the outdoor space. We enjoyed the dock every morning and evening; frequent dolphin sitings! We also used the fire pit and grill. Overall this home was an excellent value and was enjoyed by everyone in our family party. We'll definitely be renting this one again! "
