2 Bed Apartment with Shared Pool

Stancombe is a small hamlet of several converted stone barns that now consist of about a dozen properties set within 20 acres of idyllic Devon valley in the heart of the beautiful South Hams. Snowdrop is positioned on the 1st floor of the Tythe Barn up a flight of stairs.

This area is best known for its peaceful rolling countryside, outstanding coastal walks and beautiful beaches. The original stone buildings of the Stancombe Estate have been converted into holiday accommodation. There are eight stone-built properties that make up the converted Tythe Barn as well as several other properties on the Estate. Snowdrop is on the first floor of the Tythe Barn has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is also room for a fold-up bed or cot in the twin room. Bathroom has shower only, no bath.

All shared outside areas.

I won't be available in person but we use Field and Beach Property Management to look after our home. Local manager, Ali, is on hand if you need any assistance during your stay. Either message via the booking platform or text her during office hours.

Very peaceful location in centre of South Hams area on outstanding Natural Beauty.

Car essential. Lots of narrow roads around Stancombe as is typical of Devon. Stancombe is a short drive to lovely beaches, costal walks and the boating haven of Salcombe and Dartmouth. Nearest pub is in Frogmore (about 2 miles).

THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you

- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
