This hotel was okay to stay out for one night, but would not be staying any longer. I found check in quite rude with the receptionist I asked to check in a little bit early and she said the room is not ready then continue to watch people check in 10 minutes after I had asked the time I have lined up to check in my room was magically ready. Also they wanted a $250 bond deposite!! The room wasn't even worth that price, had to debate over this and she took $150 deposit in the end. The room itself was clean, bed was very comfortable, the shower leaked a little. Buffet breakfast was average for $25pp,a small selection of hot & cold breakfast options. Real Coffee was extra. The poor lady running it was alone and very busy for one person to do coffee and clean up.

The property didn’t have anywhere to eat in the morning not even room service, there was no milk to have a cup of tea or coffee either.

The staff were very helpfull. The only thing was, we booked the two bedroom family room, it is quite small. Would not want more than 3 people.

The staff, from manager to housekeeping, treated us like long-time customers. Restaurant staff ev n asked when our last day was because they wanted to express their appreciation. Well located and hotel staff worked as a team.
