With quality bed linens, a well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming, friendly feel, the cottage makes your stay bright and sunny. Calming neutral hues with splashes of colour and nautical décor help you relax and unwind after days exploring the nearby coast and countryside.
The ground floor has a dual aspect dining room with oak dining table and benches, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright sitting room with two settees and cosy wood burning stove. There's a rear lobby for storing coats and boots, and a bath with shower over in the ‘triangular' bathroom.
Upstairs, the bright and comfortable accommodation sleeps up to five in a master bedroom, twin bedroom, and single bedroom, all with quality linens, comfortable beds and storage for clothes. Outside, to the side of the property, there is a small enclosed courtyard area with bistro table.

The advantage of Docking is that it is very central meaning you're just ten minutes from the coast, HM The King's Sandringham Estate, several nature reserves, Norfolk Lavender fields, Burnham Market and many more attractions in all directions. The village has a good pub, a Michelin star restaurant, great shop, and fish 'n' chip shop, meaning you still have all these conveniences within walking distance.
