Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac close to the local church in Burnham Deepdale, this property enjoys a quiet and safe location. The village itself boasts a petrol station a range of shops and a very popular cafe serving delicious locally produced food. A short stroll will bring you to the well known White Horse pub, perfect for enjoying a hearty meal at the end of a long walk. With the North Norfolk Coastal Path passing almost directly behind the cottage, there is no need to use the car to access the breath-taking scenery of this fantastic shoreline.
Inside, the property is spacious and inviting, with light and airy rooms and plenty of homely touches. The kitchen is a sunny room overlooking the garden, with a small breakfast table, electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Once prepared, enjoy evening meals in the dining room, which has a Welsh dresser and pine table that seats eight guests comfortably. The sitting room next door is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day, fitted with comfortable leather sofas and a TV/DVD. Alternatively, enjoy a peaceful afternoon’s reading on the rattan chairs in the conservatory, which overlooks and opens onto the garden. Upstairs there are four light and airy bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room and views over the marsh to the sea, a double and two twin bedrooms, one of which enjoys a sea view. There is a modern tiled family bathroom with overhead shower.
Step outside of the conservatory and onto a sunny patio area, which features a large table, chairs and a BBQ for al fresco dining. An enclosed lawn garden beyond is bordered by colourful shrubs and mature trees. There is off-road parking for two cars to the side of the house in tandem.
