The popular Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is within a 5 minute car drive with promenade and gardens, shops, pubs, tennis, bowling, golf, Princes Theatre, indoor swimming pool and Sea Life Centre. Daily boat trips to see the seals in their natural habitat or take an evening stroll to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Old Hunstanton with multi coloured striped cliffs and for exploring the rock pools. Nearby, Brancaster for sailing and nature reserves, Snettisham Park with deer, baby animal feeding and pony riding. The King's estate at Sandringham and gardens makes an enjoyable day out.


On arrival, up one step, you enter the bungalow through the entrance hall into the kitchen having an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The spacious comfortable lounge diner has and electric living flame fire, smart TV and DVD, dining table and chairs. The double bedroom has a flatscreen Smart TV, with French doors leading through to the conservatory which is a beautifully light and airy space perfect for relaxing, a wall mounted flatscreen TV and French doors leading onto the rear garden. A further twin bedroom with a single bed and a pull out bed. The family bathroom comprises of a walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.


Outside: An enclosed rear garden with decking and garden furniture perfect for alfresco dining.
