INSIDE THE HOME


With a bright and cozy living room, small dining area and lovely kitchen with comfortable furniture, high-end appliances and vintage details, you’ll feel right at home in this cabin. The bedroom features a queen bed, bright white, shiplap walls and plenty of storage space. Outside, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds you from the hot tub, or outdoor lounge furniture.

Maximum 2 pets allowed and $65/pet fee must be paid before check-in.

LOCATION / AMENITIES

Located between Kings Beach and Crystal Bay, our Treehouse is in an ideal location on Lake Tahoe. In the summer, you can enjoy the nearby beaches, golf, hike and mountain bike on the courses and trails nearby! In the winter, you're just a short distance away from North Lake Tahoe skiing and snowboarding and Northstar. You can visit nearby local shops and restaurants and downtown Truckee is just a short drive away!

- Access to the loft is closed due to the steep ladder

- BBQs and outdoor furniture may not be available November- May 
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.

Host communication made check in and check out process very easy. Location was convenient to exploring all of North Tahoe. Beautiful views from the house and deck. Cabin was comfortable, cozy, and equipped with everything that we needed. Would love to visit again!

We loved this cabin. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and all of the appliances worked great. The bed was comfortable and the provided fans were more than adequate. The living room fireplace was cozy and quite warm, and the hot tub was excellent and easy to use. The location couldn't be much better for Lake Tahoe - super easy to get to, just off the main street, but the neighborhood was still peaceful and quiet.

Beautiful

Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful. The house was super clean and in a lovely location. We got to enjoy some snowfall and with the view of the lake it was incredible.

Kings Beach Forest Haven

Nice little cabin in the woods. Our favorite place was on the wrap around deck enjoying our suppers and taking in the lake views. Hot tub is lovely too!

Cozy cabin for 2!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is so cozy and cute and really made for a romantic getaway! We loved using the hot tub, cooking meals together, playing some of the games available and watching movies. Everything was clean and well stocked. We would absolutely stay again!

Could not have loved this place more. The entire home was stunning and homey. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the lake, close to town. Can’t wait to come back here!

This spot was PERFECT! The cabin was clean and very cozy with everything needed.The loft is closed, which it advertised in the add, but we didn’t need it anyway! 5 outta 5!

The property has a filtered view of the lake and is near all the amenities of the Kings Beach area, including beach, grocery store, and restaurants. It is about 15 minutes from Tahoe city and the beautiful Westshore areas.. The cabin is ideal for one or two people. The interior has charming, naughty pine paneling, but that paneling needs to be cleaned up and refinished in some places. The property managers were very responsive and helpful throughout the visit.

Absolute gem

Gorgeous cozy cabin, spotless kitchen and bath, comfy bed. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking all meals. We loved the hot tub after long hikes and the view and proximity of the lake. Kings Beach is a nice quiet way to experience Tahoe. We’ll return for sure.

Cabin On the trees is graat!

Awesome little cabin. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Great kitchen, hot tub, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, laundry facilities, huge deck. Perfect for our visit. We also had a nice lake view which we werent expecting! Had some famy.for donner on our last night and it was awesome.

The cottage is cute, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed to cook and relax after a day of hiking in the Tahoe National Forest. The Kings Beach area is a great location for enjoying the scenery without the crowds and traffic of the south shore. Check in and communications were excellent. A very pleasant stay.

Absolutely Amazing

My husband and I came to the lake for a staycation for my 41st birthday and the cabin exceeded our expectations. The location was beautiful and just as depicted. The property management was so helpful and attentive and even left me a happy birthday card! The place was clean and beautiful! We will return frequently!

Perfect Location

The Treehouse was the perfect place to stay for activities near Kings Beach, Incline Village, and Tahoe City. There are so many places to go hiking, biking, and swimming nearby. The property was very clean and had everything you would need if you wanted to stay in, relax, and cook. There were many different restaurants nearby, as well. Olympic Valley was close and also worth a visit. Glad we booked this place!

Fall in Tahoe

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in this fabulous cabin. It has everything you need and the staff is SO helpful and fast if anything pops up. The location was great - tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to Kings beach. The bed was comfy, neighborhood was quiet and special kudos for the outdoor lighting that made coming feel warm and safe on dark Fall nights. We just loved it.

Perfect cozy cabin for two

Just the right amount of space and amenities for two. Great kitchen, cozy furniture all around. Slightly disappointed that the loft was blocked off during our stay (as it looks accessible in the pictures), but it ultimately didn't factor into our enjoyment. The best part of the cabin was that upon checking in, the fireplace and the hot tub were ALREADY running and ready to go. Instant warmth and comfort. Would happily come back to this cozy cabin in the future.

A Great Getaway

This property lives up to the title. It was just as the pictures portrayed and immaculate! The heated jacuzzi was a treat. And I have to mention Joseph, property management, was gracious with accommodating us with check in/out. The location is central to restaurants and outdoors activity. There is a limited view of Lake Tahoe from the property. However a quick 7 minute walk to access beach. I highly recommend this property.
