"Excellent motel, extremely quiet even though on a main road, very close to a good restaurant (although it is not open on Monday and Tuesday night) and the centre of town is only 5 minutes drive with good restaurants and cafes. Ovens River Parkrun is excellent and starts in the park across the road."

"Property was clean and comfortable once the fire was going. It had been raining and the wood was damp and the fire was difficult to start. We were not in a position to purchase dry wood enroute. Leanne purchased some dry wood for us after work that evening.The slow combustion heater was very efficient, warm and cosy. The only issue being that the fan on the heater was somewhat noisey.The property was excellent for children and pets with lots of activities provided and we loved the dog door. The layout was excellent with a quiet, private barbecue area on the rear deck overlooking the bush. Leanne was pleasant, helpful and quick to respond to any issues that we had. We found our stay most relaxing. Especially the evening glass of wine on the rear deck."

"Property is hour 10 minutes from Mansfield some thongs like out door lights over hot tub dont work apart from a sensor that stays on for 60 seconds essentially leaveing you in the dark if wanting to use tub after dark . On our stay we slso had no hot water in the morning for our shower and barely warm the night before. No WiFi as advertised. Host was quite lonely though. "

"A well known but much loved area in the King Valley. Lovely homestead but needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to its former glory. Plenty of room, comphy beds and a wonderful surprise of eggs, milk, bread, juice and garden tomatoes, thankyou. "

"Where do I begin? The most amazing place, exquisite sheets, towels the most comfortable beds, the place was immaculate and decor so exquisitely designed. Coffee and food, wine and staples like eggs, milk and delicious bacon and bread on arrival. Heated bathroom tiles, the garden was divine. The pantry was so thoughtfully stocked with herbs and more. If I could give them a 100000 stars I would. My girlfriends and I were so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful & warm home. Thank you so much! We wanted for nothing...XX "

"Adamsville acres was perfect. Extremely well set up with absolutely everything you could want /need, spotless and comfortable. Wonderful location, we really enjoyed our stay and time together there. The outdoor games provided were fun. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place. "
