Just off Highway 400 & Highway 9. Easy commute to Newmarket, Aurora & King City.
Separate entrance for privacy and convenience.
Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, blender, microwave, toaster, kitchen crockery & cutlery.
1 King bed and 1 Full/double bed - can sleep 4 adults.
Just a quick note: the pump in the bathroom may sound a little loud at times, but it’s completely normal and helps ensure proper drainage. Thank you for your understanding!
