Enjoy your stay in this studio apartment situated on a quite lane in Kettleby. 3mins drive from Carrying Place Golf & Country Club and The Manor, Banquet Hall. 45mins to downtown Toronto, 20mins from Pearson Airport and 19mins to Canada’s Wonderland. 30 mins to Rogers Stadium, Downsview Park. Just off Highway 400 & Highway 9. Easy commute to Newmarket, Aurora & King City.
Separate entrance for privacy and convenience.
Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, blender, microwave, toaster, kitchen crockery & cutlery.
1 King bed and 1 Full/double bed - can sleep 4 adults.
Just a quick note: the pump in the bathroom may sound a little loud at times, but it’s completely normal and helps ensure proper drainage. Thank you for your understanding!
