Maple Hill Manor is hidden deep in the forest with full privacy. You'll feel isolated from the world, but have all kinds of conveniences for life and shopping. We're close to Newmarket, with 10 to 15 minutes' driving to golf court, Go Station, Upper Canada Mall, Costco, Walmart, movie theatre, and various restaurants. Suitable for family gatherings, friends gatherings, private vacations, and large group getaways with both tranquility and convenience.
Maple Hill Manor has seven bedrooms, nine beds, five bathrooms, a swimming pool, a swim spa, a pool table, and a big yard for you to hanging around, with an optional second unit featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accommodates 16+ guests, or up to 30 with the second unit (extra fee).
Maple Hill Manor is about 5 minutes driving to famous cardinal golf complex, 1 hour driving to Downtown Toronto, 1 hour driving to famous Wasaga Beach, 50 minutes' driving to the ski resort Mount St. Louis Moonstone, 28 minutes' driving to C.W. Marine & Powersports at Lake Simcoe, 7 minutes' driving to famous trail 99 Steps in the forest.

The driveway is only single lane. Please drive slowly and carefully. Please don’t go into the forest. Be careful of mosquitos and ticks.
There is a pond, a swimming pool, and a swim spa on the site. Please supervise young children all the time.
Please inform everyone that they need to put ALL trash including toilet paper into the provided garbage can instead of down the toilet.
