"The hotel was under some well needed renovations when we arrived, looks like they were doing a new pool area. The hotel hallways showed signs of neglect, beat up walls, and worn carpets.My big gripe was the A/C in the room was not adequate, the room was hot as they all face the setting sun.They staff did send up a maintenance guy to look at the issue , they said they would let us change rooms but we declined, we just went out for the evening. Luckily I had 3 little fans I took on the cruise with us to add a lil comfort, The valet people were good to us.I will not stay at this property again. "

We especially like that it is right across from the Straz center so we don’t have to park separately to go to immense there. We can just walk across the street. The restaurant inside is really good too with some more unique food options available."
