"The room was clean and comfortable with a nice couch and chairs next to the refrigerator and bathroom, making it feel truly separate from the sleeping area. I liked that they had hot and fresh 24-hour coffee in the lobby."

The bedding had cigarette burns throughout, the bathroom was filthy, and there were burnt wall sockets. We decided we couldn’t stay because of the health hazards so we tried to talk to Staff, but no one was available at the front desk for over an hour. We walked around all the public spaces and couldn’t find anyone. We decided to leave and book a different hotel."

"We were surprised that the exterior doors were not locked and open to any non guests also that there was not a sliding lock on the interior side of the room door, so even though we did see cameras everywhere, we did not feel as safe as other motel/hotels we stay in."
