"The place looks like it’s been refurbished and it’s terrific. Sea view room(11) is great, close to pool, restaurant and beach (though not very swim able due to rocks that we saw on low tide.) Pool is terrific. Service great a about a half hour grab ride into KK. Highly recommend for a laid back stay. We extended our original 2 day stay to 6. "
"I was worried because the residence doesn’t have a reception, but communication was excellent, and the staff are nearby to respond quickly. Just be aware that the Gaya night food market is on both Friday and Saturday, if you have an early start next day it is noisy! If you don't, it's fun!"
"Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!"
