One of the highlights was being able to enjoy the beautiful garden, which backs onto open fields and provides a wonderfully peaceful setting to relax and unwind. A truly lovely place to stay set within a beautiful location. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Dorset escape. **Five stars all round — we would happily return\!**"

"Excellent location; on bus route and next to railway station. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Only negative is that we had a room at the front of the hotel and the road is extremely busy throughout the day and night. If the windows are closed you do not hear the traffic but if they are open then you have little sleep. We had to keep the windows open as we stayed during the heat wave. Perhaps the hotel could provide fans during the summer months."
