The rooms were deeply cleaned atleast twice a week but refreshed and clean basically everyday. There was a laundry room so you can wash some clothes and the detergent was even included. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we had to make a few more stops after checking out but it was too early to for our airport shuttle they even held the luggage there for us. 10/10 would definitely stay again!!!!

Beautiful hotel in a good central location.

The hotel is new and has a great vibe. The ice cream in the room was a delight. The check-in process a bit convoluted but maybe that was due to our late arrival. The rooms are small but have some nice touches. Amenities are limited, are available only in the lobby, and you have to pay for some of them. The hotel is conveniently located near the Ebisu train station which has great route options.

I thought “I’ll believe it when I see it. An onsen in Shinjuku!” But it was every bit an onsen. As well as the indoor and outdoor baths, the architecture was tasteful. It was very new and quiet. We stayed on a high floor with a very good view of the city scape. Very well appointed coin laundries with vending machines, ice and chilled water dispensers on three floors. I couldn’t have asked for better. There’s a 711 right over the road and decent traditional eateries and cafes nearby.
