"The building for the interior was clean and inviting. Due to the recent snowfall, it was hard to see the sign to the building. Luckily I had GPS on each time I came back to the hotel, or I would have missed it. The whirlpool, unfortunately was a disappointment. The jets weren't working so it was just a really warm bath. Breakfast was also something new. Not that it wasn't for everyone, but a bagel bar wasn't for us. And the yogurt bar was empty by the time I wanted anything and that was about 8am. We ended up going out for breakfast the mornings we stayed. The staff was great! They came in each day and fixed up our room, replaced garbage and cleaned the bathroom. "

"Everything was decent but our room had cleanliness concerns. All the surfaces were visibly dirty or sticky, the floors needed vacuuming, the halls were about the same. For $200 a night I would have expected better."

"The kiddie pool was cold. We asked about it and it was “fixed” but honestly it barely got warmer. There were lots of kids there but none stayed in that part for more than 10 mins. We have a toddler and we’re planning on spending most of our time in the playground pool but didn’t spend any time there. "
